“Tudeyo,” “Company,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tudeyo LLC.

  1. Platform Role (Intermediary Status)

Tudeyo operates solely as a booking coordination and destination marketing platform.

Tudeyo:

  • Does not own listed properties
  • Does not operate accommodation, transport, tour, wellness, or medical services
  • Is not a medical provider
  • Is not an escrow agent (Phase 1)
  • Does not supervise vendor operations

All services are delivered by independent third-party providers.

No employment, partnership, fiduciary, or joint venture relationship is created.

  1. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

  1. Booking & Payment Model (Request-to-Book)

Bookings follow this structure:

  1. Traveler submits booking request
  2. Tudeyo confirms availability
  3. Traveler pays Tudeyo Service Fee (typically 15%)
  4. Traveler verifies service at check-in (where applicable)
  5. Remaining balance is paid directly to provider

Bookings are not confirmed until the Service Fee is paid.

  1. Payment Terms
  • Tudeyo earns a coordination service fee.
  • Vendor balances are paid directly to vendors during Phase 1.
  • Exchange rates follow official central bank rates unless fixed in writing.
  • Payment processors may apply their own terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are governed by vendor policies disclosed before confirmation.

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:

  • Tudeyo will refund its Service Fee.

Medical tourism deposits may be non-refundable unless canceled at least fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled procedure date, subject to provider policy.

  1. Verified Check-In Protection

Travelers may inspect accommodations before paying the vendor balance.

Material discrepancies must be reported within one (1) hour of arrival.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tudeyo is not liable for:

  • Injury
  • Medical outcomes
  • Travel disruptions
  • Visa denial
  • Property damage
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the Tudeyo Service Fee paid.

Travel and medical insurance are strongly recommended.

  1. Travel Advisory & Visa Responsibility

Travelers are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports
  • Visa requirements
  • Entry documentation
  • Vaccination requirements

Tudeyo does not guarantee visa approval or border entry.

  1. AML, KYC & Sanctions Compliance

Tudeyo may:

  • Monitor transactions for fraud or money laundering
  • Require identity verification (KYC)
  • Block transactions involving sanctioned individuals

Accounts may be suspended for compliance concerns.

  1. Vendor Requirements

Vendors must:

  • Maintain appropriate licenses
  • Maintain required insurance
  • Provide truthful listings
  • Honor confirmed pricing

Vendors agree to indemnify Tudeyo against operational claims.

  1. Anti-Bribery & Ethics

Tudeyo maintains zero tolerance for bribery or corruption.

Misconduct may be reported to: ethics@tudeyo.com

  1. Intellectual Property

All Tudeyo branding, content, systems, and materials are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

  1. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes shall first attempt good-faith resolution.

If unresolved, disputes shall proceed to binding arbitration in Massachusetts, USA.

Users waive class action participation and jury trials to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.

  1. Modifications

Tudeyo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
